What have we been working on recently?

Creating Faace – multi-award-winning and Dragons’ Den approved 🐉

We launched no-BS skincare brand, Faace, in 2020. This has given us an unprecedented understanding of the ‘other side’. Not only do we know what works to build a brand, more importantly we understand what doesn’t.

From defining tone of voice, marketing campaigns and influencer strategies to curating social media and CRM strategies, Known has been integral to all aspects of the rapid growth of Faace.

Running an always-on press office, Faace has not only won 13 awards, been featured in every gold tier media title going including Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan and many more, Jasmine is regulalrly profiled on podcasts and in business feature pieces like Forbes.

Known has also supported the brand’s global retail roll-out with marketing activities for the launch into new retailers including Harrods and Selfridges in the UK, as well as Zalando, Detox Market and Douglas globally.

We also ran a successful crowdfund campaign that not only raised its target, it also results in over 300 press articles where we shone a light  on the lack of female funding.

Most recently, Jasmine secured three dragons in the famous Den on BBC one too!
